The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which is responsible for conducting the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) examination, which is going to be held on 8th July this year. However, the admit card for the UGC NET examination is yet to be released on the official website of CBSE. However, this year, the CBSE to conduct the NET exam in 84 subjects and also the examination pattern has been changed by the Board this year.

This year, students have to appear for the two papers instead of three. Well, if you have also applied for the CBSE UGC NET exam and worried about your preparation then, don’t worry we are here to solve your problems, which will help you in preparing for your exam at the last moment.

Here’s what you have to do for UGC NET exam preparation:

1. Don’t start learning new topic at last moment:

Candidates should keep in mind that at last minute don’t start reading a new topic because it might distract you from other topic and you will not be able to focus on the topics that you have already prepared.

2. Understand the syllabus and pattern

It is mandatory that one should know the syllabus of the exam for which you are going to appear. Well, it is not only for the NET exam but for any exam that you are going to face. Because without knowing about your syllabus and exam pattern how could you know that what topics you have to prepare.

3. Solve previous year question papers

 

If you are also going to appear for the NET exam for the first or second time then, try to solve the previous year's question papers because it will make you prepare for the exam.

4. Make your examination strategy

Before starting preparation for the exam always make the strategy that which topic to select first for the exam. Also, divide your time according to each and every topic of your syllabus.

5. Select good books for study

It is always necessary to read the good books because good books always help in clearing the doubts as well as enhance our skills and also build the thinking capability.
