SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2018: ANNOUCED! Here’s how to check Tier 1 result at ssc.nic.in

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has finally released the much-awaited result for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier 1) 2018 exam on its official website. Therefore, candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results now.

According to the official notification released by SSC, the CGL Tier-II examinations will be held from September 11-13, 2019.


The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-I), 2018 from 04.06.2019 to 13.06.2019 in the Computer Based Mode. Re-examination for 4825 candidates was conducted on 19.06.2019 and examination for 1 (one) candidate was conducted on 10.07.2019 on the Orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. A total of 8,36,139 candidates appeared in the said examination,” the official notification reads.

Also, the selection for the Tier-I computer based test was done on the basis of the marks scored in the exam and Commission have shortlisted aspirants for the Tier-II exam category-wise also.

As per notification, “Separate cut-offs have been fixed for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer (List-1), Junior Statistical Officer in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (List-2) and all other posts (List-3).”

Here’s how to check SSC CGL Tier I Result 2019:

1. Visit the official website of Staff Selection Commission at ssc.nic.in
2. Click on the link of SSC
3. Submit id and password to check your SSC CGL Tier I result
4. Click on OK
5. Your result will appear on the page
6. Download your result
7. Take a printout for further references

SSC conducted CGL Tier-I exam from June 4 to June 13, 2019, across the country.

This year, SSC also re-conducted SSC CGL tier I examination for about 4,825 candidates on 19 June 2019 due to some technical problems during the exam which was held on 4 June.
