RRB Group D Result Latest Update: Know the reason behind the delayed result and the new declaration date

Aspirants who are waiting for the RRB Group D results will soon able to check their results. Earlier, there were the reports doing the round that Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) likely to release the results on 17th February, unfortunately, aspirants didn’t get.

As per the latest updates, results will be released today on all the region based website of RRB. Therefore, aspirants who are also waiting for their results must keep their eyes on the official regional websites of RRB.


Here’s how to check RRB Group D Exam Results 2018-19:

1. Open the official website of RRB at rrbcdg.gov.in
2. Look for the link that shows to check the results of RRB Group D exam
3. Check your results by clicking on the link
4. Submit the details asked on the new page
5. Click on OK and your result will appear
6. Download your result
7. If interested then, take a printout of it

Earlier, an RRB official also said that results would be declared on 17th February late night but, results were not out. Reportedly, many regional websites of RRB broke down, due to high traffic.

As per the reports of indianexpress.com, the official said that the new notification regarding the results can be released anytime.

The reason behind the result delayed is that the high number of candidates who had appeared for the exam. As per the official data, over 1.8 crore people registered for the exam.

Meanwhile, candidates who will qualif the Group D first stage CBT, will eligible for the next level exam, PET (Physical Efficiency Test). The Railway Board conducted Group D exams to fill up 62,907 posts available in Indian Railways.
