NATA 2017: Registrations open til 2 Feb; exam on 16 April

Registrations for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) has already commenced. Candidates interested in pursuing five-year Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) for the academic session of 2017-18 need to register for the exam by February 2, 2017.

Conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA), NATA exam 2017 will be held on 16 April, 2017.

To be eligible for the exam, candidates need should have passed Class 12 exam from any recognised institute or 10+3 Diploma in any stream from an institution recognised by the Central or State governments or an International Baccalaureate Diploma after 10 years of Schooling. Candidates must have studies mathematics as one of the subjects (compulsory).

NATA 2017 Important dates:

Registration ends on: 2 February, 2017

NATA exam date: 16 April, 2017 (11 am to 2 pm)

NATA exam test the applicant's aptitude for architecture and focuses on their drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability. The score card from this test is valid for two years from the year of appearing.
