The Lok Sabha Elections 2019 dates have been released on Sunday at 5 pm by Election Commission. The polling will begin on 11th April and will conclude on 19th May 2019 in seven-phases.

Due to the election dates, the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) likely to reschedule the examination dates for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET 2019). The general assembly elections dates are clashing with the GUJCET due to which Gujarat Board has decided to revised the examination schedules.

The GSHSEB has also changed the examination dates earlier that was conducted on 28th March and 4th April 2019 due to the CBSE Board examination dates.

The multiple choice question will be asked from Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Mathematics.

Besides GUJCET, the Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical and Pharmacy Courses (KEAM-2019) dates are also clashing with the 2019 general assembly elections that were scheduled to be held on 23rd April in 14 district centres in Mumbai, New Delhi, Kerala and Dubai.
