LIC Assistant Exam 2019: Appearing for preliminary exam? Check these last minute tips to crack competition

Candidates who have applied for LIC Assistant exam and preparing for the phase 1 examination that will be held on 31st October, then we have brought some important tips that will help you in scoring good marks in the examination.

LIC Assistant exam will comprise three sections i.e. English Language/Hindi Language (30 marks), Numerical Ability (35 marks) and Reasoning Ability (35 marks). The exam will be for one hour and the total marks of the question paper are 100 marks.

1. Don’t learn new things

The biggest mistake that students generally committed is the beginning of a new topic at the last moment, which is the wrong thing. Yes, there is no need to learn new things because it could affect your whole preparation. Just revise what you have prepared till the date.

2. Make short notes

Candidates are advised to make their short notes which would help them while revising the important topics.

3. Solve previous years question papers

Aspirants who will be going to appear for the LIC Assitant prelims exam should solve the previous years' question paper.

4. Give Mock Test

There are several mock tests available on the Internet, therefore, candidates should give the mock test regularly.

5. Make time management

Time management is very important while solving any of the three sections of the exam. Attempt the section first which you will find easy.
