LIC AAO Recruitment 2018: Apply for 700 posts announced for graduate candidates; check eligibility

The Life Insurance Corporation of India has announced a golden opportunity for the candidates who wanted to build their career in LIC. There is a recruitment drive for the Assistant Administrative Office and Generalist, positions for the aspirants. All the interested candidates can apply for the posts announced by LIC.

According to the notification, candidates can apply for the 700 posts released by LIC on Assistant Administrative Office (AAO) and other posts. All the interested candidates can apply for the posts before 15th July 2018.


Out of the total position announced by LIC for AAO i.e. 700, 106 posts are for the reserved for SC, 53 for ST and 192 for OBC candidates. Three positions are backlogs and the remaining are new vacancies.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have a graduation degree in any stream.

Age limit:

The minimum age limit for the interested candidates is 21 years while the maximum age limit is 30 years.

Application fees:

For unreserved category, the application fees are Rs 600 while for reserve category and OBC, the application fees for reserved category is Rs 100 for SC and ST candidates.

However, the link for submitting your online application form will be activated from 25th July. As per the LIC notification, the exam for LIC AAO would be conducted on 27th October and 28th October (dates are tentatives). The admit card for the same will be available from the first week of October.

The exam will be conducted in the two phases to get selected for the LIC AAO 2018 recruitment drive. Candidates will have to qualify the online exam will be selected for the interview and group discussion round. After qualifying all the rounds candidates would have to face the document verification round and after receiving the confirmation, a candidate will be posted as AAO.
