KVS Admission 2020: Application process for new academic session to start after Holi; deets inside

Students and parents who are waiting for Kendriya Vidyalayas Sangathan (KVS) application form for Classes 1 to 10 then application form to be released just after Holi.

Interested and eligible candidates should keep their eyes on the official website of KVS to know more details about KVS admission form 2020-21.


Earlier, KVS stated in its notification that the application form for KVS will be released in the first week of March 2020. Later, another notification circulated for the admission process that KVS is changing and modifying some guidelines of KVS admission due to which the application process has been delayed.

However, no confirmed date about the KVS admission form 2020-21 on the official website.

Therefore, candidates should keep a close track on the official website of KVS. As soon as the links get activated by KVS, candidates will be able to apply for the application form.

Interested aspirants will have to check the official website of KVS at kvsonlineadmission.in on a regular basis.

On the other hand, the admission list of KVS 2020 will be released ten days after the closing of the registration process. The admission list will contain the names of selected candidates.

Reservation Criteria:

Candidates of SC category will get the reservation of 15% whole 7.5 percent is reserved for STs. Three percent will be given to the children on the differently-abled category.
KVS will be held till June 30 in all Kendriya Vidyalayas.

For admission to Class 1, a child must be 5 years old as on March 31. The maximum age limit is 7 years for class 1, while for Class X it's 16 years.
