Indian Navy Recruitment 2019: Hurry up! One day left to apply for 2700 vacancies; check selection procedure details

Aspirants who want to join Indian Navy then apply for this vacancy released by the Indian Navy before July 10. Interested and eligible candidates will have to apply before the application window closed.

As we all know to accomplish dreams one has to spend the blood, tears, and sweat. It’s the right time to start from scratch. Indian Navy invited online applications to form from unmarried male candidates for the posts of Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) and Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR).


The job notification released for the batch course commencing February 2020. Interested candidates will have to submit their application form before joinindiannavy.gov.in.

Indian Navy released a total of 2,700 vacancies for the posts of Sailors.

Check post-wise vacancy details:

  • AA: 500
  • SSR: 2200

Check Eligibility Criteria for Indian Navy Jobs:

  • For AA post: 12th pass with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with Maths and Physics and one subject: Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science from a recognized board can apply for the post
  • For SSR: Candidates who have passed 12th with Maths and Physics and included one these subjects: Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science recognized from Boards of School Education recognized by MHRD Govt. Of India.

Age Limit:

Candidates who have born in between 01 February to 31 January 2003 can apply for the post.

Selection process:

Candidates will be selected for the post of Sailors on the basis of their performance in the Computer-Based Test which would be followed by Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in Medical examinations.
