Indian Coast Guard Navik Recruitment 2019: Last date extends for registration; check important update

An important update for the aspirants who want to apply for vacancies released by the Indian Coast Guard for the post of Navik, under the Ministry of Defence. The last date for the submission of the application form has extended.

Earlier, candidates have to apply for the vacancy on 5th June, now, as per new notification, the last date for the registration is 12th June. Also, the complete application form is also submitted on June 12, 2019, till 5:00 pm.

The admit card for the exam will be available on the website from 20 to 26th June 2019. So, aspirants who haven’t submitted their application form for the Indian Coast Guard Navik post must submit their application form within 48 hours.

Exam Pattern:

Candidates will have to appear for an objective-type exam.

The questions will be asked from the following subjects.

1. Quantitative Aptitude
2. Mathematics
3. General Science
4. English
5. Current Affairs and GK,
6. Reasoning

Educational Qualification:

Applicant who are applying for the post should have passed at least class 10th with a minimum of 50 per cent marks. The age relaxation for the reserved category will be given as per the government norms.

Age Limit:

The minimum age limit required for the post is 18 years while the maximum age limit is 22 years.

Exam Details:

The first stage examination likely to be held in the month of June and July 2019. Also, the exam will be conducted at five examination centres in India i.e. Noida, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, and Gandhi Nagar.
