Indian Army Recruitment 2020: Vacancies out for NCC men and women aspirants; check important details

Indian Army Recruitment 2020: The Indian Army has asked job seekers to apply for the post of NCC Special Entry Scheme for Men and Women. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies released at joinindianarmy.nic.in.

The application link has been activated from January 8, 2020, and the last date to apply for February 6, 2020.


Candidates should keep in mind that they can ‘only’ appear for one of the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview.

Age limit for Indian Army Recruitment

The minimum age limit for the post is 19 years while the maximum age limit required for the post is 25 years of age as of July 1, 2020.

Indian Army NCC 2020: Eligibility criteria

Aspirants should hold a degree from a recognized board/university or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years. Candidates who are studying in the final year are also eligible to apply for the exam by providing their aggregate marks secured in the first two/three years of three/four years degree courses respectively.

Selection process for Indian Army Jobs:

Aspirants will have to go through the two-stage selection procedure. Candidates who will clear the first stage exam will be eligible to appear for the Stage II exam. While aspirants who will pass a stage II exam will have to appear for the SSB interview that will be held for 5 days.
