India Post Recruitment 2019: Over 10,000 vacancies released for this post; check eligibility critieria

India Post has invited over 10,000 vacancies for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak for its various posts circles across the country.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the post at indiapostgdsonline.in and appost.in.

Candidates who will be selected for the position will be posts for the following post circles:

GDS in Assam, Bihar, Kerala, Karnataka, and Punjab.

Applicants are advised to apply for the vacancies on time as after the last date no applications will be accepted by India post.

Eligibility Criteria Required:

Candidates who have qualified their class 10th from a recognized state board/institute and also have studied the local vernacular of the state can also apply for thousands of vacancies released by the India Post.

Also, it is required that candidates must have a basic computer training certificate with a minimum duration of two months or an equivalent Central Government/State Government/University/Boards certificate.

Age limit required:

The minimum age is required to apply for the vacancy is 18 years while the maximum age limit for the post is 40 years.

Details about GDS:

Candidates who will be selected for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak will include the sale of stamps and stationery, delivery of mail, and conveyance and any other duties assigned by the postmaster or sub-postmaster.

This recruitment drive also includes the work of Indian Post Payments Bank (IPPB). Therefore, candidates who think themselves to be perfect for the post then only they can apply for it.
