Government school retired peon borrowed Rs 3 lakh to live his helicopter dream

A life without a dream is meaningless but there are only a few people who tried hard to make their dreams come true. One such man from Haryana who accomplished his dreams after a 40-year-long wait.

As per the reports of ANI, a 60-years-old peon, Kude Ram has recently retired from a government school in Neemka, Faridabad. On Tuesday, Kude Ram lived his sky-high dream which he always thinks.


He always harbored a dream of finishing his service life on a high, ANI reported. On July 30, on the day of retirement, he flew along with his brother and took a three-kilometer helicopter ride from the Raja Jait Singh ground which is nearby to his village, Sadpura.

To live his dream, Kude Ram starts the preparation months ago and even borrowed Rs 3.25 lakh from his relative to hire the helicopter for two-odd hours. Not only this, but he also took the permissions from several departments.

Ram said in an interview, “ I am barely educated and could not make it big in life but I wanted to create history in my area. So, after planning for several years, I arrived at the conclusion that if I memorably plan my retirement, people would always remember my name.”

 

In 1979, Kuderam got the job of a Group ‘D’ employee in the Haryana Education Department.
