Good news for unemployed youth, government to give allowance every month; here’s how much

Are you jobless? Don’t worry the government will help you in your tough time and will give you a monthly allowance until you get the job. Yes, the government to launch the ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestham’ scheme for unemployed candidates.

Telangana candidates who are having no jobs then Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will give Rs 1000 as a monthly unemployment allowance to the eligible jobless youth in the state.


“The chief minister will distribute the unemployment allowance certificates to the beneficiaries. He will also interact with the beneficiaries," a senior state government official said.

Here’s why the government will launch the 'Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestham' scheme:

  • The main objective of this scheme is to provide the financial support to unemployed candidates until they get a job.
  • Under this scheme, around 12 lakh aspirants will be going to get the benefits.
  • The launch of the scheme was one of the promises that Telugu Desam Party (TDP).
  • More than 2 lakh unemployed youngsters have registered for the scheme on the official portal.

  • Reportedly, the government will spent Rs 1,200 crore annually on the ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestham' scheme.

Unemployed youths will get the unemployment allowance certificates through the local ministers and MLAs at events organised in all 175 constituencies in the state.
