CBSE Paper Leak: Good news! No re-examination for Class 10th students; See video

The Central Board of Secondary Education has announced to give a big sigh of relief to the Class 10th students. As per the reports, CBSE will not go to conduct the re-examination for Class X Mathematics examination which was leaked last month.

Earlier, CBSE has said that it will go to conduct the re-examination for Class 10th Maths paper only in the two states i.e. Delhi and Haryana only, said reports.


Now, this latest and major development in the CBSE paper leak case, class X students would definitely get the relief, now around 17 lakh student won’t appear for the re-test.

As per the CBSE sources, reports suggest that Board did not find any malpractices in the Class X examination after doing analysis and evaluation of the answer-sheets. Therefore, CBSE has decided not to conduct the re-examination for the same class. However, the Board examination for Class 10th was held on 28 March 2018.

Earlier on 2nd April, Delhi Court had asked the CBSE about its plan for conducting the re-examination for class 10th Mathematics exam. The court also gave 10 days to the Board for its decision over the Class X paper leak issue. As students are suffering because of this delay in the examination date. Hence, their career also at risk because after clearing Class 10th, students have to choose the stream for Class 11th, 12th.

Recently, CBSE has already announced the re-examination dates for Class 12th Economics exam due to paper leak which is scheduled to 25 April 2018 across the country.
