CBSE Class 12th Result 2020: Board announces intermediate result; here's how to check

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has finally announced class 12th result today on its official website. Candidates who have appeared for the CBSE intermediate board exams this year can check their scores now.

 

According to news agency, ANI, the overall passing percentage is 88.78%.


Here’s how to check CBSE Class 12th Result 2020:


Step 1: Click on the official website of CBSE at cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the Class 12th result link
Step 3: Submit your credentials
Step 4: Click on Ok
Step 5: Your result will display on the website
Step 6: Download your CBSE Class 12th board exam result

CBSE has released all streams (Science, Commerce, and Arts) results on the same day.

This year, a total of 1203595 students had registered for class 12th exam and out of the total, only 1192961 appeared. This year, a total of 1059080 students passed the board examination.

The overall passing percentage of CBSE 12th is 88.78 per cent.

Earlier, the board cancelled its class 10th examination while class 12th board exams were kept as optional. This decision was taken in the wake of a spike in coronavirus cases in India.

CBSE class 10th and class 12th examination were conducted from February 15. While the main subject examinations for class 12 was started on February 27, with English paper.
