CBSE Class 10th Result 2021: Netizens make hilarious memes on relatives asking for results

CBSE 10th Result 2021: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the Class 10th result on its official website today at 12 pm. This year, over 57,000 students managed to score above 95 percent and above in the CBSE Class X board exams 2021.

This year, CBSE Class 10th board exams were scheduled to be held from May 4, due to the sudden rise in coronavirus cases in India, the board exams were cancelled. The results were prepared on the basis of an alternative means of assessment.


As per the previous trends, CBSE announced the Class 10th results within a week after Class 12th board exam results were declared.

However, the board surprised the students by announcing the result time two hours prior to the declaration.

 

Students left surprised after knowing about their result announcement. Many people started making fun of the relatives calling to ask for results.

As soon as the results were announced, social media users including Myntra took to Twitter to congratulate students for qualifying board exams.

This year, a total of 21,13,767 students had registered for the class 10th exams and out of the total, 20,97,128 students’ results have been released on August 3. A total of 16,639 student’s results are under process and their result date will be announced later.

For the first time, Class 10th board exams were not held and the board decided to evaluate Class 10 students by awarding 20 marks to internal assessment and 80 marks to various internal tests or exams held throughout the year.

CBSE divided 80 marks: 10 marks for periodic/unit tests, 30 marks for half-yearly/mid-term examinations, and 40 marks for pre-board exams.
