CBSE Class 10th, 12th Board Exam Result 2019: Here’s what Board has to say about result date rumours

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Board students have been waiting anxiously for their results declaration date. Several rumors are doing rounds on the media platform but there is no official confirmation have been released yet.

Earlier, the reports were released that CBSE likely to released the results in the second week of May 2019 or between 8th May and 15th May. Now, CBSE chairman has put all such rumors at rest.

According to the reports of Indian Express, ‘ These are nothing but rumors and I requested all the media houses to stop speculating the result date. All the officials have been strictly directed not to talk with the media, the process of evaluation is going on, and it is too early to announce the date of 10th, 12th results,’ CBSE chairman Anita Karwal said.

She also said that the result declaration date will be notified to the media house just a day before the official result announcement.

According to CBSE chairman, the result will be releasing in the third week of May i.e. between 12th May and 17th May 2019.

Well, students of CBSE Board class 10th and 12th are advised to visit the official website (cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in) to know the confirmed dates about result announcement before trusting to any rumours on the Internet.

This year, over 31 lakh candidates have appeared for Class 10th and 12th CBSE board exam. CBSE has concluded the board examination on 4th April 2019. Out of the total 18.1 lakh male and 12.9 lakh, female candidates have appeared for the exam.
