Students who are going to appear this year for board exams for class 12 have some surprising news. CBSE(Central Board of Secondary education) has announced the revised datesheet for the Class 12 students who are going to appear for the first time in board exams this year.

As per the official notification, the exam date of Physical Education has now been changed to 13 April instead of 9 April 2018. This decision was majorly taken by CBSE, after the protest made by the students to reschedule the date of examination.

According to the circular, all the remaining examinations will be held on the same dates for Class 10th and 12th boards. Students can check the updated notification on the official website of CBSE at cbse.nic.in.

The main reason behind the rescheduling of the exam date was that JEE Mains exam was likely to be held on the nearby original date of Physical Education exam. Therefore, students raised their voices to change the date of the examination. Although no other changes have been made into the datesheet for Class 12th and 10th exam for 2018.

According to the CBSE, the commencement of the exam for class 12th and 10th will be from the 5 March 2018.
