Watch: Shikhar Dhawan was left shell-shocked when Hardik Pandya did this before the match
Shikhar Dhawan is the jolliest man in the Indian cricket team. Dhawan loves to joke around and have fun with his team-mates. One such incident took place in yesterday’s match between Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians when Shikhar Dhawan and Hardik Pandya met.
Hardik Pandya went to meet Shikhar Dhawan before the match and hugged him with affection. As soon as Hardik touched him Dhawan acted as if he got a shock. Both Hardik and Dhawan started walking holding each other’s arm.

Hardik and Shikhar are both in India’s World Cup squad as they will be travelling to England together. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced a 15-member squad on Monday. Shikhar Dhawan will be playing as an opener along with Rohit Sharma, while Hardik Pandya will be playing at number six as an all-rounder.
As far as the match is concerned, Mumbai Indians won the match against Delhi Capitals by 40 runs. Hardik Pandya played a crucial part in Mumbai’s win as he scored a fluent 32 off just 15 balls including three sixes and two fours.
Mumbai Indians is now sitting at number two on the points table with 12 points to their name, while Delhi Capitals is at number three with 10 points. Both the teams had 10 points before the match and were looking to go up the order. Chennai Super Kings is currently leading the charts with 14 points to their name.
