Pakistani journalist asks Rohit Sharma to give advice to Pakistani batsmen; 'Hitman's reply is funny

Team India's opener Rohit Sharma scored a blazing knock of 140 runs off 113 balls and set up the depth for team India to win the match against arch-rivals Pakistan. With Rohit Sharma's amazing batting, India continued to lead against Pakistan in the World Cup by 7-0. While India set the target of 337 runs for Pakistan, while the green-dress team just be able to make 216/6 runs till the rain ended the match with DLS method.

Rohit Sharma who got Man of the Match came for the post-match press conference. Here one Pakistani journalist asked Rohit Sharma as what advice he would give as a colleague to Pakistani batsmen as they are undergoing a period of crisis that also affects the results.

 

Rohit Sharma immediately quipped to the question and said that he would only be able to advise them after he becomes Pakistani team coach. "Agar main Pakistan ka coach bana to main bataunga, abhi kya bataunga!(If I become the coach of Pakistan then surely I will tell you. What can I say now!)," replied Rohit Sharma.

Rohit Sharma is no doubt in the great form and he even became the third batsmen in India who hit two centuries a same world cup tournament. When asked about the reason of his great performance, Rohit said that the birth of his new-born daughter for his excellent run of form.

"It's just the space I'm in right now; having a newly born daughter in my life has put me in a really good space. I am enjoying my cricket coming off from a great IPL campaign. Here we were focussed on starting well and I think as a team we are heading in the right direction," said Rohit Sharma.

Now India will face Afghanistan in their next match of World Cup 2019 on 22nd June in Southampton.
