After Pakistan defeated Sri Lanka in the third ODI, the Pakistan team pulled off a 2-0 series win. The first game of the series was abandoned due to incessant rain. Nevertheless, during the third ODI victory, Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed created history.

Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed became the second wicket-keeper in the history of cricket to captain his side in 50 ODIs, Only India’s World Cup winning skipper MS Dhoni is ahead of Sarfaraz Ahmed.

MS Dhoni led the elite chart after having led the side in 200 ODIs, MSD as a skipper has 110 ODI wins, 74 losses and 5 ties, while on the other hand, Sarfaraz Ahmed has 27 wins, 20 losses and 11 ties.
