The 41st match of the Indian Premier League of the 11 season between Dinesh Karthik led Kolkata Knight Riders and Rohit Sharma led Mumbai Indians is held at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Kolkata won the toss and chose to bowl first against one of the struggling team of the season, Mumbai Indian.

Both the team are trying hard to stretch their rank in top four ranks of the standard list and to get listed in playoffs. Well, KKR had not to struggle much more than that of MI, but it has to win the match to keep itself in top four for playoffs.
