Fastest 200 runs chase: This team surpasses Delhi Daredevils to script world record in T20
A mammoth record was scripted during New Zealand domestic T20 tournament. In the 23rd match of Burger King Super Smash, the Knights (Northern Districts) team made the T-20 world record after chasing the fastest 200 runs.
At Auckland Park Oval on Sunday, the Auckland team scored 202 runs in 20 overs after losing the toss. Knights has achieved the target of 203 runs in 16.5 overs for the win.
Along with this, the Knights team broke the record of fastest 200+ runs in IPL last year. Then Delhi Daredevils won the match against Gujarat Lions by making 214 runs in 17.3 overs.
