Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar bowled for Australia team prior to their clash against New Zealand in the ICC World Cup 2019.

While Australia and New Zealand will go face to face this afternoon at the Lord’s cricket ground, Arjun Tendulkar was spotted helping the Aussies in the net.

Arjun Tendulkar was seen bowling in the nets while wearing an orange jersey under the watch of team coach Ricky Ponting.

This is not the first instance that Arjun has bowled in the nets. In 2015, as a 15 year old, he was selected as a net bowler which helped England prepare for the second Ashes Test against Australia.

Arjun, 19, has represented MCC Young Cricketers against Surrey Second XI, taking two wickets in High Wycombe last week.

Delivering from over the wicket, he bowled a beautiful delivery to castle opener Nathan Tilley in his second over. After taking Tilley wicket, Arjun dismissed tail ender BBA Geddes, he concluded with a figure of 11-2-50-2.
