Will Priyanka Chopra be part of Aamir Khan’s film?

Priyanka Chopra recently opted out of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gustakhiyan and it was reported that the actress will be seen playing Aamir Khan’s wife in upcoming biopic of astronaut Rakesh Sharma. The film is tentatively titled Salute and Priyanka was approached for it some time ago. It is produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur’s new production house Roy Kapur Films and directed by Mahesh Mathai.

But according to some reports, Priyanka has not sign the film and she may not accept the offer. Her mother Madhu Chopra too had made a statement that Priyanka’s calendar for next year is full and she barely has any time. Incidentally, there has been a buzz that Priyanka has finalised the script,but there is no official announcement on it. So it is yet to be clarified, if the actress will feature in any Hindi projects in future or not.

As far as Aamir’s film is concerned, it is likely to go on floor next year and will release in following year. Aamir is currently shooting for Thugs Of Hindostan and then he will start preparing for his role of astronaut.
