The 2012 blockbuster, Ek Tha Tiger redefined action in Bollywood. The Salman Khan - Katrina Kaif film won acclaim even from the international media for the breath-taking action sequences.
As the team gears up for the sequel - Tiger Zinda Hai - we hear YRF has massive plans for the action sequences. Reportedly, the pre-production is underway and the makers are simultaneously in talks with acclaimed international stunt co-ordinators as well.
While the action in Ek Tha Tiger was choreographed by Conrad Palmisano, who is best known for the action scenes in Rambo: First Blood and 21 Jump Street, it will be interesting to see who YRF manages to get on board this time around.
Tiger Zinda Hai goes on floors in March 2017 and major portions of the film will be shot abroad. Speaking about the action in, Katrina Kaif told a leading daily,
"It's too early to be talking about exactly what I am doing in the film. Of course, there's something special coming everyone's way for sure. I start training two months beforehand. If you have loved the action in Ek Tha Tiger, this will blow you over for sure. I will just say that much."
Tiger Zinda Hai hits the big screen during the Christmas 2017 weekend.
