Raees Box Office: The Shah Rukh Khan film opens with a bang despite working day!

Raees was off to a terrific start at the box office as the film raked in Rs. 20.42 crore on its opening day. The Shah Rukh Khan film maintained fantastic occupancy throughout the day across the country.

The movie recorded excellent numbers in almost all territories like Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Rajasthan, CI, CP to name a few ,however, it was just about good in Delhi and East Punjab. The business is expected to escalate further today however the hold in collections on Friday followed by jump on Sunday would give us an idea about the lifetime collections.

Off late, Shah Rukh Khan films have often opened with a bang owing to his unbeatable stardom, however they have failed to sustain. It would be interesting to see if audiences come out in large numbers Friday onwards thereby helping Raees to reach the big box office number.
