After the success of Sultan, Anushka Sharma is now all set to start shooting opposite Shah Rukh Khan for Imtiaz Ali's untitled film.
While it was initially speculated that the film would see Shah Rukh Khan play the role of a tour guide, king Khan has rubbished the rumours. He recently revealed that he will play a character that is close to his age in the film.
In a recent interview, Anushka Sharma said that the film will be an out and out love story. On being asked to share her thoughts about the Imtiaz Ali flick, she said:
"Working with Imitiaz is a big deal. I thought of becoming an actor after I saw his Jab We Met. Imtiaz's films have such strong female characters and that thought was ignited in my mind. When I am having readings with him for this film, I can sense that he is a sensitive and insightful director. It is amazing to be a part of such great creative process. As for Shah Rukh, he is such a sweetheart. This is my third film with him, a hat-trick of sorts. I am excited that this is an out-and-out romantic film after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan."
The film is expected to go on floors by the end of August. Major portions of the film will be shot abroad. The movie will hit the big screen by mid-2017.
