Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone split ahead of Padmavati: reports

Welcome to heartbreak valley. One of the most happening couples of B-town - Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone - are reportedly going through a rough patch.

According to media reports, Ranveer Singh who is very vocal and expressive with his feelings, is upset that Deepika Padukone does not reciprocate the excitement and enthusiasm. The actor is reportedly miffed with the fact that despite him tweeting about xXx: Return of Xander Cage, Padukone didn't tweet about the theatrical trailer of his upcoming film, Befikre, directed by Aditya Chopra.

There have been differences between the couple since a while now. However, things seem to have reached a new low and the two have reportedly called off their long-standing relationship.

On professional front, the two will be seen together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati. However, they won't be romantically paired in it.

Padmavati also stars Shahid Kapoor in a pivotal role.
