Official: Shah Rukh Khan books Christmas 2018 for Aanand L Rai's next film
There have been a lot of speculations around the release date of Shah Rukh Khan-Aanand L Rai's next film. Finally, it has been officially announced that the much-awaited film will hit big screens on 21 December 2018.
In the film, Shah Rukh Khan will essay the character of a little man and the hunt for the female lead is currently in progress. The film, which is will be romance drama, will have two A-list actresses on board. Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan confirmed that the untitled film will involve a lot of VFX and the pre-production is under process.

The film will be produced by Red Chillies Entertainment in association with Colour Yellow Pictures. The shooting of Aanand L Rai's next is expected to commence from December 2016 and will be wrapped up by the end of 2017.
The makers will reportedly take time on the post-production which is one of the major reasons to block the Christmas 2018 slot. The title of the film will be revealed soon.
