Nice Attack: Akshay Kumar, Preity Zinta, Bipasha Basu and others express shock, grief
Bollywood celebrities including Akshay Kumar, Madhur Bhandarkar, Bipash Basu, Preity Zinta, among others on Friday, 15 July took to Twitter to express shock and condemn the terror attack in Nice, France.
At least 80 people were killed on Thursday night, 14 July, when a large truck mowed through a crowd celebrating Bastille Day in Nice. The driver also opened fire at the revellers before being shot dead by the police. The truck was also carrying arms and explosives when it struck the crowd.
French President Francois Hollande said the truck attack was of a "terrorist character". Here are a few tweets from B-town:
