MS Dhoni Biopic Box Office: Advance booking suggests bumper opening for Sushant Singh Rajput film
The advance booking of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story has opened with a bang across India. The film, starring Sushant Singh Rajput in the titular role, is looking to challenge the opening day number of Shah Rukh Khan's Fan (Rs 19.20 crore) and emerge the second biggest opener of the year.
Be it Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad or Pune, tickets for the biopic are selling like hot cakes. The advance ticket sales are probably the second biggest of the year after Salman Khan's Sultan.

The advance booking validates the pre-release hype surrounding the film, given the national figure Mahendra Singh Dhoni is. The film releases on around 3,500 screens in India and if it manages to attract viewers for spot booking at the mass circuits as well, a 20 plus opening day number is guaranteed.
