So how has India's first porn-com (made by the makers of the original saas-bahu serials) offended a production house that's associated with largely sanskaar-infused films? By using the titles of its iconic films as well as the name of the film maker associated with them!

Sooraj Barjatya is quite upset that his name has been used in Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 (if you've seen the trailer, you'll know what we are talking about).According to a report published in Mid-Day, Barjatya is allegedly angry that his name has been used in the film, that too without his permission.

The report adds that the filmmaker didn't know about it till one of his assistant directors informed him about the same. And sources close to the Prem Ratan Dhan Payo director suggest that he is planning to take legal action against the makers of KKHH 3.

Not just that, Barjatya is also upset with the fact that the title of his 1994 super hit, Hum Aapke Hai Koun, has been used in the film as Hum Aapke Hain Porn.

Excerpts from the report:

Aman Gill, CEO of Balaji Motion Pictures (Ekta's production house), explains that it has been done only for the sake of humour and to raise a few chuckles. "Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 is a comedy that is meant to tickle the funny bones of the audience with various spoofs. In no way are we trying to hurt anyone's sentiments," he adds.

While Barjatya remained unavailable for comment, a senior member of his production house informs us that he is planning to initiate legal action if references to him and his films are not deleted from the 'porn com'.

When we asked Gill what the production house will do in case they are slapped with a legal notice, he simply replied: "The film has done spoofs on many films and does not intend to insult anyone."
