Kedarnath Box Office Collection Day 2: Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan starrer film gets a good start

Kedarnath Box Office Collection: Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan starrer film is something that has surprised even after the bad reviews. The film is actually doing quite good at the box office and after starting on the high notes of 7 crores on its opening day, the film showed some growth on day 2 as well.

According to the trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film gathers momentum on the second day and it showed 34.48 per cent growth from its opening day. He tweeted "Growth on Day 2 [vis-à-vis Day 1]: 34.48%... Should witness an upward trend on Day 3 [Sun] as well… Fri 7.25 cr, Sat 9.75 cr. Total: ₹ 17 cr. India biz."

 

However, the business of the film got affected due to the big release of last week 2.0 starring Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth. S Shankar directorial film is even doing well in its second weekend. According to Taran Adarsh, 2.0 also collected 15 crores from its second weekend two days Friday and Saturday.

Talking about Kedarnath the film has directed by Fitoor fame director Abhishek Kapoor who also made films like Rock On! and Kai Po Che. While the film is in the discussions for Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan's debut on silver screen.
