Irrfan Khan's Madaari had a fair opening weekend at the Box Office as it raked in around Rs 10 crore in its three-day run.

The film, which recorded a below par opening, managed to witness a jump in collections over the weekend. The Friday to Sunday jump was nearly 70% as the film collected approximately Rs 4.25 crore on Sunday.

The best performing territories for Madaari are Delhi and Mumbai due to the urban flavour. Unfortunately, the mass circuits failed to contribute substantially.

  • Day Wise Collections:
  • Opening Day: Rs 2.25 crore
  • Second Day: Rs 3.50 crore
  • Third Day: Rs 4.25 crore (Early Estimate)
  • Total: Rs 10.00 crore (Early Estimate)

Madaari was affected hugely by the Kabali wave down south whereas Sultan was still going strong in the mass circuits even in its third weekend. The Salman Khan film recorded a good Rs 11.09 crore in its third weekend and the total collection now stands at Rs 289.05 crore.
