Golmaal Again: Ajay Devgn postpones Sons of Sardaar for the Rohit Shetty directorial

A couple of days ago, Catch reported that Ajay Devgn will start shooting for Golmaal 4 post the release of his ambitious project, Shivaay, this Diwali.

After a lot of speculation surrounding its release, it is now official that the fourth instalment of the successful comedy franchise titled Golmaal Again will hit the big screen in Diwali 2017. Initially, Ajay Devgn had blocked the slot for Sons of Sardaar, which was a period drama set against the backdrop of the battle of Saragarhi.

Earlier, Devgn had promised that the film will feature 300-like action sequences and rumour mills suggested that it will be a big multi-starrer with Ajay Devgn, Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt in the lead.

However with Golmaal Again releasing during the holiday period, it seems Devgn has decided to postpone the film.

Directed by Rohit Shetty, Golmaal Again also stars Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor in the lead.
