Akshay Kumar was in talks with director Omung Kumar for his upcoming psychological thriller, FIVE, which required the Khiladi to essay five distinct characters for the first time in his career.
However, the actor has now walked out of the film, citing date issues as Omung needed Akshay to commit around 70 days. Akshay Kumar confirmed the development to a leading daily by saying,
"I am not doing Five. I had dates issues."
FIVE, which will go on floors in January next year, will be completely shot in the UK. The director has planned a massive 70-day shooting schedule abroad and is eyeing the Republic Day 2018 release slot.
The movie will be produced by Bhushan Kumar from T Series.
