Aa Gaya Hero and Badrinath Ki Dulhania Box Office

It was a poor week for the new releases at the Box-Office as all the three releases i.e. Trapped, Aa Gaya Hero and Machine failed to find any sort of audience over the weekend.

Trapped was received with positive reviews and the film was expected to show good growth on Saturday and Sunday however the same did not happen. The film collected around Rs 1.35 crore in its 3 day run at the box office.

Machine is a disaster of epic proportion as the film recorded extremely poor collections in its opening weekend. The budget of this Abbas Mustan directorial is on the higher side and the film won’t even recover the print and publicity expense. The three day total of Machine stands at Rs 1.75 crore.

Aa Gaya Hero was never expected to take a respectable opening as it seemed out dated from the word go. The Govinda film collected Rs 70 Lakh in its opening weekend.

Badrinath Ki Dulhania remained the first choice for audiences as the film collected Rs 17.56 crore in its second weekend. The 10 day total of the Varun Dhawan – Alia Bhatt film stands at Rs 91 crore. The second weekend collections of Badrinath Ki Dulhania are higher than the likes of Raees, and Kaabil.
