The viral video was shared on Twitter by American basketball player Rex Chapman. The video shows the gym session of father and daughter.

In the clip, the little girl can be seen struggling while picking up weights at the gym. Soon after her dad walks into the frame and can be heard encouraging his daughter and giving her instructions too.
After listening to her father’s encouraging words, the girl finally took a big jump and lifted the bar above her shoulders. The smile on the girl’s father’s face will win your heart.
Even the girl filled with happiness after she lifted the weight and went on to give a hug and a kiss to his father. After which his father says, “never give up, right.”
