9-year-old boy bullied for dwarfism, comedian Brad Williams raises $10,000 to send him to Disneyland

A heartwrenching video of a 9-year-old boy has surfaced the Internet in which he was crying and saying that he wants to die has gone viral now. His mother, Yarraka Bayles, has shared the video to show how her child has been bullied for dwarfism and what’s the side effects.

The child named Quaden was born with Achondroplasia, a form of Dwarfism. The video has garnered over 10 million views and garnered positive comments.


 

The video has even sought the attention of celebrities including comedian Brad Williams.

The comedian has related himself with the boy and hence, come forward to help the 9-year-old-boy.

Brad has decided to give him a huge surprise by trying to raise $10,000 to send Quaden and his mother from Australia to Disneyland in California.

 

"I’m setting up this GoFundMe to let Quaden know that bullying will not be tolerated and that he is a wonderful human being who deserves joy. I want to fly Quaden and his mother to America, get them a nice hotel and bring them to Disneyland," he writes in a GoFundMe campaign.

He also said: "This isn’t just for Quaden, this is for anyone who has been bullied in their lives and told they weren’t good enough. Let’s show Quaden and others, that there is good in the world and they are worthy of it."William also added that he is in touch with Quaden’s mother and said that if any money left over after the trip then it will be donated to anti-bullying charities.

 

Interestingly, his good deed pays him and his goal to get $10,000 exceeded to $30,000, media reports claimed.

The twitter handle has been filled with several messages and Brad has been giving every single details about the funds that he raised for Quaden. he also shared the screenshot of his conversation with Quaden's mother Yarraka Bayles.

 

The story of Quaden also reached the hearts of celebrities like Hugh Jackman, who has also shared the heartfelt video message on Twitter.

 

Earlier on Tuesday, Quaden’s mother shared a video on Facebook, showing her son Quaden crying after school.

In the video, Quaden’s mother was heard saying that “I’ve just picked up my son from school, witnessed a bullying episode, rang the principal, and I want people [to] know, parents, educators teachers, this is the effects that bullying has, this is what bullying does.”
