Ukrainian Canadian Porn star Nikki Benz files a lawsuit against Porn Studio for sexual assault
Ukrainian Canadian adult actress Nikki Benz filed a suit against a porn company on Monday. In a lawsuit against porn company Brazzers, she mentioned that she was physically assaulted during a shoot in December 2016. She was struck on the face, head and breasts to an extend that she started bleeding.
The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles court names company MindGeek, director Tony T. and male performer Ramon Nomar. They are alleged of assault, gender violence and sexual battery.
In her lawsuit, Benz said that before she started with the shoot she was aware that the shoot was going to be hardcore and she knew exactly what she was wearing. However, the suit says, Tony T. repeatedly “slapped Benz’s face and breasts,’ saying, ‘Open your eyes bitch’ and, ‘Open your f—ing eyes."
She even added that Tony T and Nomar hit her, slapped choked and threw her on the ground and against the wall. She stated in her suit that she suffered physical violence so much that she started bleeding.
