Online reservation for space hotel starts, pay $800,000 per night
Imagine staying in a luxury hotel in space, won't it be nice? A Houston-based Orion Span is planning to launch the "first luxury hotel in space". Aurora Station will be the World's First Luxury Space Hotel in orbit 200 miles above the Earth's surface. From private suites for two, this hotel will have all that will be adventurous.
Soaring 200 miles above the Earth
At least four travellers and two crew member can accommodate at a time. In a release, the company said that the will reach the planet at a high speed for 12 days. Reservation for the hotel has already kicked, $80,000 deposit amount has to be given to a third party escrow service and it is fully refundable if a person changes his mind.
The company boasts of soaring 200 miles above the Earth's surface in the safety and luxury of Aurora Station for 12 days, blowing far past any tour anywhere. Founder and chief executive, Frank Bunger in an interview said, "We want to get people into space because it's the final frontier for our civilization."
Earlier Elon Musk launched the Falcon Heavy from the Kennedy Space Center in February.
