The 22-year-old former cheerleader for the New Orleans Saints football team, Bailey Davis filed a gender discrimination suit against the NFL team. She was fired in January for posting an insane picture on her personal Insta account. According to the team, she violated the rule that stops cheerleaders from posting seminude.

In the complaint, the former cheerleader said the Saints rule to be outdated and gender double standards.

As per the rules, the cheerleaders aren't allowed to come in contact with players both online and offline both. Whereas players have no such rule.

The rules are so strict that the Cheerleaders cannot give utter a word except greetings. They are also compelled to block the players on social media.

Discrimination is to such an extent that the cheerleaders have to leave a restaurant where a player turns up.

The former cheerleader was taken out of the team after she was seen in the same party as one of the  Saints players. She not only denied the allegation but also shared that player followed her on social media and then she turned her Instagram private, according to the company norms.
