Ahead of World Down Syndrome Day, Carpool Karaoke with mums and differently abled kids goes viral

James Corden' carpool Karaoke sessions are commonly filled with laughter but the recent one was so touching that it made everyone cry. 
The session was called "50 mums, 50 kids and one extra chromosome". The video of the session had beautiful mums and children who have Down syndrome.

Ahead of World Down Syndrome Day, which on March 21, 2018, the mothers who are seen in the video, use sign and symbol language called 'Makaton', which is mostly used by those having communication difficulties to create this video.

All the mothers in this video are a part of a Facebook group called "Designer Genes". This group has parents of children with Down syndrome.

It has been a week since the video has been published and has grabbed the eye-balls of more than 500,000 viewers.

The viral video not only touched many across the social media but also grabbed the attension of the creator of Carpool Karaoke, British comedian Corden. Even the singer of 'A thousand years', Perri retweeted the video, calling it the 'best tribute'.
