'Real Spiderman' Manlian immigrant scales Paris building to rescue 4-year-old child dangling from balcony
A jaw-dropping footage of a young man scaling a building in Paris to rescue a young child has gone viral. While the child was dangling from a balcony of a four-storey building, the 22-year-old Malian immigrant Mamoudou Gassama quickly scaled the building to save the child.
Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo has not only praised the young man for the heroic act but also invited him to the Presidential palace to meet President Emmanuel Macron to support his effort to settle in France.
The above video has gone viral and people on social media called him real spiderman.

Hidalgo took to Twitter, "Congratulations to Mamoudou Gassama for his act of bravery that saved the life of a child,"
Another tweet said, "I replied that his heroic gesture was an example for all citizens and that the City of Paris will obviously be keen to support him in his efforts to settle in France."
French minister Christophe Castaner took to Twitter to admire Gassama, who stepped forward to save a life.
President Emmanuel Macron awarded certificate and a gold medal to the brave immigrant for his courageous act. Gassama told Macron: "I didn't think about it, I climbed up and God helped me."
