UP: 24-year-old son murders father over property dispute

A shocking news was reported from Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly wherein a 24-year-old son shot dead his father in his sleep over a property dispute. The crime took place on Sunday morning at their house in Chandausi in Sambhal.

The incident came to light when the elder brother filed an FIR against his younger brother. As per reports, the elder brother told that the accuse identified as Sher Singh had a strained relationship with their father now-deceased identified as Durjan Singh. Their relationship turned sour when his younger brother’s wife claimed that their father molested her.


As per police, the investigation revealed that accuse decided of killing his father over a property dispute. However, police are still investigating other angles in the case.

Currently, the accuse is absconding while the police have booked the accuse under Section 302 (Murder) of IPC.

Well, this is not the first time people take laws in their hand, in a similar incident two brothers were axed to death by their nephew on Saturday. The incident took place in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh around 7 am when nearly half-a-dozen of men barged in their house.

As per one of the victim’s son, the accused family threatened his father and uncle two days after an argument broke out between both parties.
