This is what a national exam for subordinate judge posts should look like

As of today, almost 5,000 of the total 21,000 judicial officer posts in the country are lying vacant. To fix this problem, the Centre has advised the courts to hold exams, a la the National-Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test, to fill these positions. But what exactly would such an exam look like?
