A video from Noida in Uttar Pradesh has gone viral on social media platforms in which a policeman is seen purportedly stealing milk packets outside a store in Gautam Buddha Nagar of NCR.

The act was caught on CCTV camera, installed at the store, in the early morning of January 19.

In the viral video, the policeman can be seen moving around the boxes, in which the milk pockets were kept. He further looked around and checked if there was anyone watching him out or not. Then he picked up two packets of milk and moved toward a police van, which was parked at a distance.

He further can be seen handing over milk pockets to another policeman who was sitting inside the vehicle.

On the other hand, Noida police have ordered a probe into the incident and actions would be taken after the inquiry.

Earlier, the UP's Lucknow police were caught on camera, taking away blankets from the women protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) last Saturday night. The protesters alleged that blankets provided to them by some organizations were taken away by the police.

A 27-second video clip was doing rounds on social media platforms which purportedly shows a policeman carrying blankets and sheets in a plastic bag.

In the video, a woman could be seen in the video shouting at him and calling him 'thief', but police personnel did not respond to it.

However, the UP police had denied all the charges against his personnel.
