Meghan Markle's diet plan

While the actress was starring in the legal drama series 'Suits' she shared her daily diet routine. She said, "I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility on the weekends. But at the same time, it's all about balance. Because I work out the way I do, I don't ever want to feel deprived. I feel that the second you do that is when you start to binge on things. It's not a diet; it's lifestyle eating."

According to an interview with Good Housekeeping, Meghan prefers hummus and carrots, green juice, almond milk and chia pudding for snacks. Her favourite dish is a healthy roasted chicken, this is the same dish royal couple had when Prince Harry proposed her.

Markle's favourite cheat food is, "French fries—I could eat French fries all day. And I love pasta. I love carbs – who doesn't love a carbohydrate? The same goes for wine. Of course I'm going to have that glass of wine—it's delicious and I enjoy it," she said.
